Meet Tricia Sharkey
Tricia Sharkey is the certified Heal Your Life® Teacher and Coach Trainer for Australia and New Zealand — a title bestowed upon her for her exemplary work carrying Louise Hay’s philosophy forward in wonderful, heart-led ways.
With over 22 years of experience traveling and teaching in the world of healing — across Australia, Europe, and Asia — Tricia is an intuitive, humorous, and deeply compassionate teacher who walks the talk and lives the Heal Your Life® philosophy every single day.
She first completed her Heal Your Life® Training in 2010 and her Coach Training in 2011 with Master Teachers Dr. Patricia Crane and Rick Nicolls. Over the past decade, she has taught many courses and assisted the outgoing Teacher Trainer, and is now thrilled to be leading Australia and New Zealand into a new era.
Tricia is also an international teacher of Colour Therapy and the Chakra Balance Massage, and facilitates spiritual retreats, energy work, Tarot, Numerology, and Angel workshops.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need prior experience with Louise Hay’s work?
We recommend reading You Can Heal Your Life and completing the Love Yourself, Heal Your Life workbook (pages 3–23) before attending. The first two days of Teacher Training include full participation in the Heal Your Life® workshop, so if you haven’t done the 2-day workshop separately, you’ll experience it here.
Can I do just the Coach Training?
No — to attend the Coach Training you will first need to complete the Heal Your Life® Workshop Leader Training. The good news is you can do both back-to-back with our Combined Training option (Option 1), which also saves you $1,500. If you have previously completed your Workshop Leader Training elsewhere, you are welcome to join from October 7th for the Coach Training only.
What is the Hay House licence and what does it cost?
During your training with Tricia, you will obtain your official Heal Your Life® licence through Hay House Inc., giving you full permission to present Heal Your Life® workshops. The annual licence fee is $99 USD and includes permission to use Louise Hay’s name, photo, and registered logos. You will also be listed on www.healyourlifeworkshops.com and gain access to the wonderful worldwide HYL community. This is paid in addition to the course fees.
What is the cancellation policy?
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Please note that your deposit is non-refundable due to venue and administrative commitments. We appreciate your understanding — this policy ensures we can honour our commitments to all participants and the venue.
Can I book extra nights at Crystalbrook Flynn?
Yes! You can book up to 3 nights either side of the training at the same special group rate of $255/night. Contact the hotel directly at cairns.groups@crystalbrookcollection.com and quote the promo code “Heal Your Life”.
Does Louise’s work suit existing practitioners?
Absolutely. Louise Hay’s work enhances any modality and works perfectly alongside all existing careers — whether you’re a therapist, coach, nurse, teacher, or simply someone who wants to make a positive difference. It is Tricia’s personal belief that anyone and everyone could benefit from this amazing work.
Will I need insurance to run workshops after training?
Yes, you will need insurance to present Heal Your Life® workshops. This will be discussed in detail during the training, and Tricia will guide you on the best options available to you in Australia and New Zealand.
What recommended reading should I do before attending?
